Back On Track physiotherapy practice and together are now part of the
Cambridge Medical Centre.

We are now able to offer service Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 9:30PM and weekends by arrangement. Our offices are conveniently located at the Kelsey Kerridge Sports Centre on Parkers Piece and the Beechwood Practice at 41 Hills Road.

Specialising in treatment of muscle and joint aches, pains & injuries for non-athletes, “weekend warriors” and serious athletes up to the highest level of competition. We treat musculoskeletal pain for people of all ages and abilities.

Your first visit will include a detailed, holistic assessment of your problem and some form of treatment. We will also work together to determine your physiotherapy goals and how to best achieve them.

Follow-up visits will include treatment in the form of therapeutic exercises and hands-on treatments such as massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation.

You will be given a home exercise programme with simple to follow instructions in writing.
